You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Proper nutrition to fuel your body and brain is essential to overall health and wellness -but how do you know who to trust when there's so much conflicting information out there?


At Boot Camp Challenge® we are not selling you a particular diet and don't ask you to take a bunch of pills and supplements. We focus on the foundations of good nutrition: protein, healthy carbs and fat, vegetables and fruit, water and whole foods. And we don't ask you to give up your favorite foods!


Because nutrition is such an essential part of the health equation AND because for many of us, it's the hardest part, we make nutrition guidance and education a top priority!


How?


  • Every Boot Camp Challenge® session includes a meal prep workshop: a 30-60-minute hands-on, follow-along virtual workshop that will teach you the secrets of successful meal prep in an hour or less and ends with 8-12 healthy meals ready to heat and eat or freeze for later!


  • Every camper receives a 4-week nutrition course with daily lessons and tons of valuable information!


  • Every camper receives a personalized calorie/macro plan along with a 17-page nutrition report!

We now offer the option to receive a 100% customized, dietician-approved 14-day (or longer) meal plan based on your lifestyle, likes, dislikes, schedule, goals and more. This is the most comprehensive and individualized plan there is and it's specifically designed just for YOU - no cookie cutter plans EVER! All plans also come with weekly shopping lists, detailed prep instructions (if appropriate) and more information or tips according to your needs! One free revision is included!
