  • What kind of workouts do you do?
    A little of everything — but never boring.You’ll do circuits, strength training, cardio bursts, core, games, and creative challenges that work your whole body and keep things interesting. We laugh a lot, too! ⬇️ One thing you’ll never hear? “Just 50 more burpees!” We don’t do misery.
  • How long is each session?
    Each class is one hour. We warm up, work out, cool down, and get you on with your day. Expect to sweat, feel strong, and leave a little prouder of yourself every time. 😎
  • When does the next camp start?
    Camps are held in 4-week blocks throught the year! There is generally a 1-week break between camps. Here is our 2025 camp schedule;
  • When and where are the classes held?
    Here’s the current schedule: Morning Camp Days: MWF Time: 5:00 am–6:00 am Location: Athletes Plus, 1940 Golden Eagle Ct, Cape Girardeau Mid-Day Camp Days: MWF Time: 9:00 am -10:00 am (June, July and August only) Location: Evangelical Church of Christ Gymnasium, 33 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau Evening Camp Days: MWTh Time: 5:30 pm–6:30 pm Location: Evangelical Church of Christ Gymnasium, 33 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau
  • What if I’m already pretty fit? Will this challenge me?
    Absolutely! Boot Camp Challenge® is called “group personal training” for a reason. We’ll push you as hard as you want to go. Whether you’re looking for a challenge or need a little extra fire, we’ve got you covered.
  • Are there showers available?
    There are changing facilities, but no showers.
  • What if my schedule is crazy? Can I mix and match class times?
    Yes! Just sign up for the time slot you’re most likely to attend. Once camp starts, you’re free to move between time slots as needed. We get it—life happens!
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    4-week camp: Refunds are provided if cancellation is requested one week prior to the start date, minus a $20 handling fee. If you are injured, your registration can be rolled over to a future camp. 12-Month Membership: You can cancel anytime with a $95 early termination fee. Memberships can be transferred to another person for a $25 fee. If you become permanently disabled and provide a letter from your physician, you can cancel without penalty. No refunds are given for non-attendance.
  • Tell me about the nutrition component. What makes it different?
    Our nutrition component focuses on real-world nutrition—no shakes or starvation. You'll learn to fuel your body in a simple, satisfying, and sustainable way. We provide tools, support, and mindset coaching to help you eat better without obsession or restriction. You will receive: A Custom Macro Plan tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. A 60-minute, hands-on meal prep workshop to prepare 8–12 healthy meals in an hour or less. Tools to build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. A 4-week, in-depth nutrition education course. No more confusion or restrict/binge cycles—just practical nutrition strategies that work.
  • What’s included in the Boot Camp Challenge® program?
    You’re not just getting workouts — you’re getting a lifestyle shift. 3–5 energizing fitness classes/week Real-world nutrition coaching and education Accountability & mindset support A community of like-minded women Fun surprises, challenges, and connection Coaching that meets you where you are and pushes you where you want to go
  • Do you do anything fun outside of workouts?
    YES — we’re more than a workout group, we’re a tribe. We plan optional social events like dinners, holiday parties, river days, and more! You can do as much or as little as you like — but don’t be surprised if you make a few new lifelong friends.
  • What’s the cost?
    We offer two straightforward options: join a 4-week camp at a flat rate or become a monthly member for consistent support and unlimited classes year-round. Prices are available on our website.
