How a Meal Prep Workshop Can Change Your Routine

In today's fast-paced world, managing time efficiently is essential, especially when it comes to cooking and meal preparation. Many people struggle with finding the time and motivation to prepare healthy meals. However, this is where a meal prep workshop comes in handy. These workshops teach not only the art of meal prep but also how it can transform your everyday cooking routine and overall lifestyle.

What is a Meal Prep Workshop?

A meal prep workshop is a guided session where participants learn to prepare meals in advance, making it easier to maintain a healthy diet. These workshops often cover various aspects of meal preparation, including planning, cooking techniques, and storage tips. In Cape Boot Camp Challenge, these workshops are done virtually and are included in the price of your camp! For each workshop a menu is announced (usually 2 meals). You are given a list of ingredients and a zoom link. All you have to do is shop and show up in the zoom meeting at the appointed time. The workshop usually lasts between 45 -60 min. During that time you are cooking step-by-step along with your trainer. You are able to ask questions at any time and when the workshop is over, you'll have 12 healthy meals (6 servings of each meal) ready to freeze or heat and eat!
