Before I started your program I was in a bad dark painful place as I have lost my son due to a motorcycle accident in October the year before.

I felt myself loosing control on all parts of life…emotionally and physically!  

Your boot camp posts would randomly come up and each time it did I would click and read.  And fear and sadness kept me from taking that step.

A part of me wanted to feel the way I did because of the overwhelming pain of loosing my son.  

I made the step and I can’t express to you how much you and your program has changed my life.  Sometimes I leave there crying and some days I leave there smiling all that to say is I’m healing on all parts of my life.

Please know this you have made a difference in my life!!!  That I’m thankful for!

Thank youuuuu! I have wanted to volunteer for years and think doing boot camp (which was also out of my comfort zone) gave me the confidence to say yes when they asked if I wanted to audition while I was there to sign up to volunteer lol you rock!

I am very happy that I joined Boot Camp Challenge. I have actually been planning healthy meals for the week and sticking with it. I started Boot Camp Challenge in 2017 with my sister and it is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. On top of losing weight, my anxiety seems to be better controlled, and I have more energy, which helps because I work crazy hours  life of a nurse right?! I don’t know what I would do without Tamatha, my bootcamp family and their motivation

This boot camp has challenged me to show up, give my all, encourage others, and make myself better. The environment in this boot camp is so encouraging and so fun. The people make the boot camp what it is. Everyone is there for the same reason: to improve ourselves. No one is there to compete with anyone except maybe themselves. No one will judge you if you can't do something. We celebrate each others' accomplishments. We push each other to give everything we've got. You can be at any level in this class; there are modifications for everything. Everyone starts out in a different place and that's okay. Tamatha McIntosh Crowson is such a great instructor: she has pushed me harder than I ever thought I could go and has made me feel so welcome at Boot Camp. This program is so amazing and I never thought I could be a part of something like this. I'm so glad I said yes to joining!


 

I had horrible postpartum depression after my pregnancy - tons of eating, crying, sleeping and doing nothing physical. I got in a rut that I couldn’t get out of. 

Fast-forward to Boot Camp. I am finally starting to feel like my old self again. I feel strong like I can push myself.. and I’m not hurting all the time like I was. I am FINALLY back in a good mindset too. It’s been a LONG 4 years in a not great place. I am so thankful to be climbing out of that rut. 

Thank you for what you do! ❤️ it makes a huge difference in people's lives.. far beyond the workouts.

I’ve been going to Cape Bootcamp for 8 years now. I love the workouts-they’re always different, love my Bootcamp family-yes you will make new friends & I love how I feel after a great workout! Cape Boot Camp Challenge is for everyone! You start where you are-Tam shows all levels on every exercise. Everybody is so supportive. Give it a try, you won’t regret it! You may regret not trying it sooner. 🥰

Coming out of the pandemic, I was looking for a way to become healthier and stronger. I started going to the gym again a bit but didn’t stick with it. Then I found boot camp. I started in January and haven’t stopped since! I have noticed so many changes since the beginning. I’m noticeably stronger, I eat healthier, and I have a more positive outlook in life. I absolutely love this program. Tamatha McIntosh Crowson is amazing at leading these wonderful workouts, meal prep events, and great discussions on nutrition and overall health. This group of people is so amazingly supportive and fun. Excited for many more camps to come!

One thing that sets you apart from other people/gyms I have tried is that you encourage without harsh judgement. You don't make people feel guilty when they eat "bad" foods but suggest other things they can do and encourage them not to wait for the next day or week or whatever to get back on track. Support and accountability...you rock!

When I first found out about boot camp I thought, "I have to do this!" I wanted to get back into my jeans from my high school years! However, I was scared! I did not think my body would make it through one night of camp but I did!  It is amazing how in 6 weeks my body has changed so much as well as my taste buds! I continue to feel better and enjoy exercising. I can not thank Tamatha enough for such a great program and not giving up on me.

 Joining boot camp has been so uplifting and amazing, I mean the people in the camp are so inviting, and even on the 1st day of camp they feel like friends you have known forever.    The work outs have helped me so much not just physically but mentally also I know and feel that in the last 6 weeks I am a better person and with that being said I just want more, I want more workouts, I want more of the campers friendly environment and the family feel, I want more of making myself better and getting to a better place, I want more of how my body is changing for the better and I want more to help other and push them to their goals.         Thanks so much Tamatha for the awesome workouts and always pushing us for MORE!!

I actually finished bootcamp!  I am notorious for signing up for things and never finishing.  BUT with this bootcamp, I didn't miss a session, I stayed away from the "bad" foods, I got up at 4: 15 to go exercise , I packed my lunches for work, I meal prepped, I ate Chan's without sauce!  ME ME MEAnd all these things, i started it and finished it.  I DID IT ALL FOR ME. Because I wanted to do it.  because I wanted to be super. And I can say, without a doubt in my head that I ROCKED it.  I have gained so much confidence, met so many new and amazing ladies and a couple kick ass guys, and my husband has told me almost daily how proud he is of me.  I DID IT!!!!

As I’m going through my gratitudes for the day, you are at the top of the list!  Thank you for your dedication to my health & wellbeing.  I’m SO happy that I started bootcamp.  After tracking food for a sold week now, & loving my workouts, I feel successful.  I owe the motivation to you!

Bootcamp Challenge has been a life altering change for me. I know it's only been two weeks but for me that's huge. I lost my Mom, my best friend, in November after a short 8 week fight with cancer. I grieve daily and was always feeling sorry for myself since the day she left me. I got up everyday to take care of my family and that is the only reason. Then I realized I needed to take care of ME. That is why I joined and I have no regrets. I absolutely love it!!!!

My high every day at boot camp is I put in more steps before 6am then I used to put in the entire day. If that’s all I accomplished, I would be thrilled, but then the energy I have the rest of the day is amazing.  -Anon
