Boot Camp Challenge is a world-renowned group training program  created to change your LIFE, your BODY, and your MIND!  

 

Using team building techniques from the US Army and the sciences behind movement, Boot Camp Challenge® (BCC) transforms blah workout sessions into a group motivating, team building, results driven program.

Our training combines cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training, every time, every class. We use dumbbells, resistance tubes, stability balls, medicine/slam balls; we may do partner work, stations, gamefied workouts, team workouts....but each workout is different so you'll never get bored!

WHO IS IT FOR?

Boot Camp Challege welcomes ALL fitness levels!  Our foundational moves are scaled, meaning there are variations of each of them.  We show you the options and you pick the one that's right for you!  And if you have bad knees, sassy shoulders, etc.,. we will find a suitable move that works the same muscle group in a way that works for you! 

 

It is our philosophy to meet you right where you are and take you where you want to go - whether you're an experienced exercises or youve never worked out a day in your life.  We got you! ​
