This plan will tell you exactly how many grams of carbs, protein and fat as well as calories that you need each day for success based on your lifestyle, body, goals, age, activity level and other unique variables. What are FreshClean's operating hoursFreshClean operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This schedule allows us to accommodate our clients' busy lifestyles and provide convenient access to our services. We understand that not everyone can visit during traditional business hours, so we aim to offer flexibility to meet our clients' needs. If you have any questions or require assistance outside of our operating hours, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I do if there are issues with my garments after using FreshClean's servicesIf you experience any issues with your garments after using FreshClean's services, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team immediately. We take great pride in the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Whether it's a stain that wasn't fully addressed or a problem with the cleaning process, we will work with you to make it right. Our dedicated team will assess the situation and, if necessary, re-clean, repair, or compensate for any issues that may have arisen. THE PROGRAM.
Instead of training alone, you become part of a group in our heart pumping, total body workouts. Our training combines cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training, every time, every class. And, Boot Camp Challenge® is created for EVERY level of fitness. If you are a first time exerciser or an athlete, we have options for you. You see, it is our philosophy to meet you right where you are and take you where you want to go. Each workout is different so you'll never get bored! And, one more thing. We have included the top three secrets to guarantee you success: assessments to measure your results, nutrition, and accountability- you will NEVER be alone.
THE NUTRITION
You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Proper nutrition to fuel your body and brain is essential to overall health and wellness -but how do you know who to trust when there's so much conflicting information out there? At Boot Camp Challenge® we are not selling you a particular diet and don't ask you to take a bunch of pills and supplements. We focus on the foundations of good nutrition: protein, healthy carbs and fat, vegetables and fruit, water and whole foods. And we don't ask you to give up your favorite foods! Every Boot Camp Challenge® session includes a meal prep workshop: a 60-minute hands-on, follow-along workshop that will teach you the secrets of successful meal prep in an hour or less and ends with 8-12 healthy meals ready to go in your fridge! Boot Camp Challenge® also partners with CHARGE Nutrition to provide every camper with a FREE 1-on-1 session with a Registered Dietician. And finally, we help you develop a healthy relationship with food and break free from the restrict/binge cycle!

About Us
Hi, my name is Tamatha and I am the founder, director and trainer for Cape Boot Camp Challenge. I am an ACE-Certified personal trainer and received my degree in Fitness Management from MS State University in 1993. In addition to my work with Boot Camp Challenge, I am also an online coach with Vibrant Life for Women 50+
I consider it my life's mission to awaken the brave and courageous parts of people and encourage them to do the scary thing; reminding them throughout that they are capable of more than they ever imagined....and I do it all from the platform of fitness.
