THE PROGRAM.

Instead of training alone, you become part of a group in our heart pumping, total body workouts. Our training combines cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training, every time, every class. And, Boot Camp Challenge® is created for EVERY level of fitness. If you are a first time exerciser or an athlete, we have options for you. You see, it is our philosophy to meet you right where you are and take you where you want to go. Each workout is different so you'll never get bored! And, one more thing. We have included the top three secrets to guarantee you success: assessments to measure your results, nutrition, and accountability- you will NEVER be alone.

THE  NUTRITION

You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Proper nutrition to fuel your body and brain is essential to overall health and wellness -but how do you know who to trust when there's so much conflicting information out there? At Boot Camp Challenge® we are not selling you a particular diet and don't ask you to take a bunch of pills and supplements. We focus on the foundations of good nutrition: protein, healthy carbs and fat, vegetables and fruit, water and whole foods. And we don't ask you to give up your favorite foods! Every Boot Camp Challenge® session includes a meal prep workshop: a 60-minute hands-on, follow-along workshop that will teach you the secrets of successful meal prep in an hour or less and ends with 8-12 healthy meals ready to go in your fridge! Boot Camp Challenge® also partners with CHARGE Nutrition to provide every camper with a FREE 1-on-1 session with a Registered Dietician. And finally, we help you develop a healthy relationship with food and break free from the restrict/binge cycle!

Hi! I'm Tamatha! In 2016 I launched the first session of Cape Boot Camp challenge with 6 people enrolled.  I had no idea what to expect - but nine years and hundreds of campers later, we are still gong strong!  A little about me...  I graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Fitness Management in 1993.  For the next 20 or so years I worked in the fitness industry in various capacities:  Health Promotions Coordinator; Dance Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Gym Manager, and Virtual Coach are among the hats I have worn.   Over the years I began to realize that getting fit wasn't just about working out and eating healthy, it was also about mindset, boundaries, self-love, confidence, time management, past experiences, fears, and so much more.   In Cape Boot Camp Challenge,  I take these concepts along with nutriton and fitness and do my best to deliver an experience that trains the whole person - physical and mental.  I see each camper as a unique individual - important to the group as a whole!  My philosophy is that fitness training and coaching is a relationship, and I'm dedicated to uncovering and nurturing your strengths, while working with you to overcome any weaknesses.  ​My Personal Mission Statement: II consider it my life's mission  to awaken the brave and courageous parts of people and encourage them to do the scary thing; reminding them throughout that they are capable of more than they ever imagined....and I do it all from the platform of fitness.   • Are there showers available?
    There are changing facilities, but no showers.
  • What if my schedule is crazy? Can I mix and match class times?
    Yes! Just sign up for the time slot you’re most likely to attend. Once camp starts, you’re free to move between time slots as needed. We get it—life happens!

These events are a chance to relax, enjoy life, and strengthen friendships beyond the gym.   • What’s the cost?
    4-Week Camp: $144 (3 classes per week) VIP 12-Month Membership: $95/month (unlimited access to all regularly scheduled camps) Custom 14-Day Meal Plans: $75 (includes weekly shopping list, prep instructions, recipes, and tips, plus 1 free revision) Camps run in 4-week blocks with 1 week off between each session (10 camps per year).
  • I'm really out of shape. Can I still do this?
    YES, you can do this! Boot Camp Challenge® is designed for every fitness level, and we’ll meet you exactly where you are. Every exercise has modifications, so whether you’re just starting out or easing back in, we’ll help you find the level that works for you. You’ll be amazed at what you can do with a supportive team cheering you on!
  • I’m nervous I won’t keep up, won’t know anyone, or will feel embarrassed. What should I do?
    We hear you. So many women come to Boot Camp Challenge® with these same worries. But you know what? After just one session, those fears melt away. Here’s what our campers say: “I thought I wouldn’t keep up or would look stupid, but everyone has been so nice, and I’ve surprised myself!” “I was so worried because I hadn’t worked out in years, but now I look forward to every class.   • What are the workouts like?
    Every class is a heart-pumping, total body workout that includes: Cardio (at your own pace—walk, jog, or run!) Strength training using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises Flexibility work to keep you strong and balanced Some days we’ll work as a team, other days as partners or individuals. No two classes are the same, so you’ll never get bored. And don’t worry - we’ll show you options for every move so you can pick the level that’s right for you.
  • What if I’m already pretty fit? Will this challenge me?
    Absolutely! Boot Camp Challenge® is called “group personal training” for a reason. We’ll push you as hard as you want to go. Whether you’re looking for a challenge or need a little extra fire, we’ve got you covered.
  • What if I miss a class?
    No problem! You can make up missed classes by attending another time slot. Flexibility is built into the program.
  • How many people are in each class?
    Each time slot has about 10–20 participants, so you’ll get personalized attention while still being part of a motivating group environment.
