Boot Camp Challenge is a world-renowned group training program created to change your LIFE, your BODY, and your MIND! Using team building techniques from the US Army and the sciences behind movement, Boot Camp Challenge® (BCC) transforms blah workout sessions into a group motivating, team building, results driven program.
Camps meet three times a week for fun workouts that are always different! We have two locations and three time slots for your convenience! Camps are run in four-week blocks all year long, usually with one week in between camps.
Research shows that having a network of people who share your goals and values is one of the main factors in adhearance, so we regularly meet for events like dinners out, winery tours, float trips, holiday parties and more!
Themed camps are run once or twice a year as well - past themes have included Rock n Roll Boot Camp - Battle of the Bands, Disco, #Better (a community service themed camp), Superheros, 80's, and more!
